Senior Business Operation Executive

【Job Profile】

This role involves managing daily business operations and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

【Job Responsibilities】

• Oversee the sample registration and Logistics Management
• Report Handling and administration
• Packing Specimen Collection Kits and Specimens
• Inventory Monitoring and Purchasing
• Handle import/export clearance, Invoice and Claims

【Job Qualification】

• Bachelor degree in business administration, operations management, customer service, supply chain or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in business operations and marketing administration
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail, demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in critical thinking, collaboration, and fostering teamwork.
