〔Position Overview〕
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executives to lead the expansion and growth of ACT Genomics products, with a primary focus on the Hong Kong & Macau market. This role is crucial in driving market penetration, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative cancer detection solutions in Hong Kong and Macau.
〔Key Responsibilities〕
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market opportunities for ACT Genomics products in Hong Kong & Macau, with a focus on establishing a strong market presence and increasing market share.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, specialists, diagnostic centers, pharma, laboratories, hospitals, clinics and key stakeholders in Hong Kong to enhance product distribution and adoption.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, ensuring the long-term success and profitability
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in Hong Kong, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to effectively position new products in the Hong Kong market, tailoring messaging and strategies to local needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including labs, marketing, product management and operation, to align business development efforts with company goals and new product development.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, market conditions, sales forecasts and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the biotech, medical or healthcare industry.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oncology products, molecular biology, biotechnology, laboratory and healthcare services
- Experience in genetic testing, diagnostics, or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong healthcare market is highly desirable.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
