HR Senior Specialist/Associate Manager

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective and efficient management of the organization's workforce.

Job Responsibility

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

·        Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including developing job descriptions, advertising positions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

·        Collaborate with division heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.

Performance Management:

·        Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers in goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.

·        Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans and career development programs.

Learning & Development:

·        Identify training needs and organize internal or external training programs for employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

·        Address employee concerns, grievances, and resolve conflicts.

·        Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and activities.

Compliance & Legal:

·        Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.

·        Manage HR compliance audits and reporting requirements.

HR Administration:

·       Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

·       Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualification

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        2 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.

·        Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

·        Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office.
