【Job Profile】
- Scientific and medical expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in a expert therapeutic area, engaging with KOLs and providing scientific support.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and researchers through in- person meetings and scientific exchange.
- Insight generation: Collect, analyze, and disseminate scientific and clinical insights from the field to inform internal medical and strategic planning.
- Medical education: Provide education and training to healthcare professionals and internal teams on relevant therapeutic areas and scientific data.
- Conference support: Represent the company at scientific conferences, which may include presenting data, supporting symposia, and hosting booths.
- Internal collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as Laboratory, and commercial, to share insights and support strategies.
- Support for clinical development: Provide support for clinical trial activities, including investigator engagement and real-world evidence projects.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ethical standards and company policies.
【Job Qualification】
- Education: Advanced degree in a life science, such as a PhD, Pharma, Bioscience, molecular oncology or equivalent, is often required or preferred. A Master's degree can also be beneficial.
- Experience: 2 years working experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting is highly beneficial.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills are essential to explain complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze clinical data, trends, and numerical information.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with, Microsoft Office suite ,and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
【Work environment】
- This is a field-based role that requires significant travel to hospitals, clinics, and conferences.
- The role requires strong self-management and the ability to build rapport with senior professionals.
