Frank S. Ong

Dr. Frank S. Ong, M.D. is the Chief Physician Advisor of ACT Genomics Co., Ltd. and Chief Medical Officer for Prenetics. He is a seasoned physician-scientist leader in clinical development and medical affairs.

Prior to joining ACT Genomics, Dr. Ong was the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Officer of Everly Health and held previous leadership roles in start-up turned public company Guardant Health (as Head of Clinical Science and Trial Operations) and at mid- to mega-cap industry leaders, such as Illumina (Head of Medical Affairs) and Roche (Clinical Science Leader).

Dr. Ong received his Medical Doctorate at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and trained at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center before serving on the faculty at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He also received a Professional Certificate of Biodesign from Stanford University.
