Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Product Promotion
-Drive sales of our NGS technology and Oncology product portfolio to health care professionals, research institutions, and hospitals.
-Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advanced features and clinical benefits of our solutions.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs in the oncology and molecular diagnostics field.
-Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research and Analysis
-Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
-Provide feedback on market needs to support the development of new products and enhancements.
4. Training and Education
-Collaborate with medical and scientific teams to organize and participate in educational events and seminars.
5. Administrative Tasks
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
-Collaborate with the marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in NGS platforms, oncology diagnostics, or related products.
- Ability to understand and articulate the clinical and research applications of NGS in oncology.
