【Job Profile】
The position is responsible in driving the strategic objectives of ACT Genomics within the South East Asia region, with a primary focus on Thailand and other SEA countries, spearheading medical marketing activities, cultivating professional relationships, and ensuring adherence to local regulations.
【Job Responsibility】
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize medical and clinical excellence across the product/service lifecycle, aligning with short and long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight on Key Opinion Leader relationships within the medical marketing function, demonstrating a deep understanding of the medical, scientific, and regulatory landscape.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive medical and scientific support.
- Mentor and coach team members on medical marketing best practices and ensure alignment with excellence behaviors.
- Stay abreast of the healthcare environment, particularly in oncology, empathizing with clinical practices and scientific advancements.
- Offer medical and scientific insights to inform business strategies, market access initiatives, and health economics considerations.
- Spearhead scientific and clinical interactions with key customers, establishing and managing high-level engagements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and update clinical materials.
- Conduct ongoing training for distribution partners, customers, and internal personnel as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product applications and competitor data.
- Address inquiries and requests related to clinical applications, leveraging in-depth knowledge of clinical data from conference, publications, and clinical trials.
- Foster high-level scientific and medical interactions with regulatory and reimbursement authorities.
【Job Qualification】
- Medical education (MD) or doctorate-level education in fields such as cancer biology, molecular biology, molecular oncology, genetics, translational medicine, or pharmacology.
- For MD candidates, a minimum of 3years of clinical practice experience in internal medicine, oncology, genetic medicine, or molecular pathology, with academic research experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical device sectors)in roles involving educational activities, clinical trials, medical communications, or market development.
- Proficiency in scientific and medical communication, both verbal and written, in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in evaluating scientific papers and market intelligence.
- Experience in developing and reviewing medical information content.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Proficiency in English and Thai; Chinese language skills are advantageous.
- Good understanding of the legal and regulatory guidelines for companion diagnostics in oncology.
salary range THB80,000 - THB120,000
