【Job Profile】

The position responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for ACT Genomics' cancer genetic testing services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

【Job Responsibilities】
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for cancer genetic testing services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including medical institutions, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to promote the company's products and services.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and utilize this information to refine sales strategies.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and applications of cancer genetic testing.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, analyzing performance and recommending actions for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility and expand professional networks.
  • Support the training and development when required, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
【Job Qualification】
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical science, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Additional certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management is advantageous.
  • At least 1 years of relevant sales experience in the NGS, oncology or pharma industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in cancer treatment or NGS field.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with medical professionals, clients and internal teams.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics, product features and patient needs in the field of cancer treatment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to cope with a fast-paced medical environment.
